Casey's extensive sales and marketing experience is matched only by her unwavering passion for interior design and staging. A proud Edwardsville "townie," Bianca has deep roots in the local community and a lifelong connection to the world of cabinetry and design. After graduating from EHS in 1997 and briefly studying computer programming, Bianca found her true calling when she taught herself the 2020 design program to help with her father's cabinet business. For 22 years, she designed kitchens, baths, and commercial casework for a wide variety of clients, including healthcare and beauty industry professionals. Now at South Maple Design, Bianca brings that same passion and expertise to every project, and her design philosophy is rooted in practicality, creativity, and a deep understanding of local style preferences and how clients live and work in their spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking (though her husband claims the grill), spending time with family, and staying active in the Moose Lodge. She's also a proud mom to daughter Jocelyn, who's set to join the Army, and a devoted animal lover with a full house of furry companions.
Sarah's expertise in client support is the "glue" that holds the operation together. Her extensive experience on the administrative side of the roofing and construction industries has given her an intimate understanding of the relationship between the homeowner, the contractor, and the designer. To say she spins several plates while juggling and wearing many hats would be an understatement. Much of her time is dedicated to ordering the cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and hardware for each project, and her relationships with our manufacturer partners allows her to effectively manage timelines and communicate reasonable expectations to our clients. Although new to the world of design, her eagerness to learn is evident as she assists clients on the selection of colors, styles, and finishes. Specializing in bathroom design, her meticulous attention to detail provides a seamless experience for each customer. Beyond work, Sarah cherishes time with family, reading, and enjoys bowling and many outdoor activities.
